I approached a colleague regarding some sharing regarding the work in which we were partnered. I wanted to talk to her regarding the project. My main concern is that the results obtained by some clients are not up to par and I am sadden by the fact. I was yelled at because in her mind, she performed not as well as me (thought it is untrue) . All i am sadden is that the performance is not as good, all she is concerned is how hers is worse than me (supposedly).
The issue is that we cannot share feelings despite being on the same project sharing the same clients, she draws this very obvious line btw hers n mine. Worse is that it onlys happens with me. I now am know for sure that we cannot be friends, we can only be "friend-ish" on the surface n she dislikes me :)
